"I called Dave for a kitchen sink that kept backing up, even though the p-trap was clear. I had sent an email through his website, but when there was no response after a day I called the office number. His wife Martha responded promptly and we arranged a morning time for the visit. Morning passed and no Dave. I called Martha again, she said he was running overtime on another job but would be there in the afternoon. By 5 PM, there was still no Dave and no phone call. I called Martha again, and she called back saying they were sorry, but would definitely be there the next day. <br /> Dave (and Martha) arrived about 11 AM, and Dave got right to work. The work was completed in under an hour and to my complete satisfaction. I was especially pleased that he explained the problem thoroughly, and explained how to maintain the system instead of recommending replumbing (which would have made a lot more money for him). I think he's a very good old-fashioned plumber who knows his trade, and very honest. The price was great for the amount of work. The only complaint I have is that communications weren't great, which was a nuisance as I had a friend visiting and wanted to schedule some activities. But I'm still very happy overall and will definitely call Dave again if the need arises. He and Martha are both very pleasant and I felt comfortable dealing with them. <br />"

"we had a leak outside coming from the water main after we found out the tree roots were to blame WCC Plumbing was contacted they were here pretty quick.  They looked over the damage and went to work instantly.  They were quick, informative, very courteous.  not only did they fix the pipes they cut back a lot of the tree roots so it doesn't happen again.  they had our water fixed and working in a short period of time for a job that should have taken a lot longer."

"Wife found a leak under the master bath sink...i saw a leak from under the siding on the outside wall in the same place. I removed drywall under the sink, couldn't find the leak, and a small bit of siding outside and still couldn't find the leak. Called Quik Rooter, they searched from under the sink upward and from the attic downward and found it about 6 feet up inside the wall. They dried to pull the old copper pipe in one motion up through the attic to avoid putting more holes in the drywall but couldn't. When they opened the wall, they found a hole from a previous patch job (previous home owner) that hadn't been done correctly and the couplings that were used were preventing the copper pipe from being pulled up past the strapping and into the attic. They replaced the copper with a new poly flex tubing and all is better than new. They were quick, professional and friendly. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again. Price was a bit high but competitive to others in the area, especially for a short notice job."
