"I highly recommend Bryan's Home Improvement and Handyman Services. The owner Bryan Grubb was wonderful. He and his staff assisted me in every stage of the remodeling of my bathroom. We entered a contract which they stuck by. The price to perform the remodeling was very, very fair. During the remodeling, a structural problem was found. They addressed the problem and provided me with options to correct the problem. These were structural issues which should have been addressed by their predecessors and was inconceivable that the problem could have been missed. Bryan's handymen, led by Jorge, were professional, timely, efficient, knowledgeable, artistic and neat. They did a fantastic job on my bathroom. I can't thank them enough. I will recommend them to everyone I know. I will definitely hire them again. A+++"

"Belmax Remodeling did an outstanding job with our kitchen remodel. Our kitchen hadn't been updated since the 90s, but their team made the renovation process smooth from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and really attentive to keeping our space clean each day. Any minor issue was quickly communicated and resolved, and their regular progress updates were greatly appreciated. The project was completed on time and within budget, and we couldn't be happier with the results. We're so impressed with their work that we'll definitely use Belmax Remodeling for any future bathroom renovations. It's been a truly positive experience working with them on our kitchen renovation!"

"Henry and Ivan walked me through the whole process of my kitchen remodel step by step. Henry is very responsive and answered any questions or concerns that I had. I was very pleased with how beautiful my kitchen turned out. They do great work and I highly recommend Mid Atlantic"

"This was a major job (actually, four jobs), and Tony Martin and his staff accomplished it precisely as we had envisioned it and exactly according to our tastes.  We have an older home and are sticklers for preserving its character.  Tony Martin and his staff understood our needs and sensitivities on this issue--both in the design phase and during construction.  In particular, we were able to preserve existing cabinetry in our kitchen and integrate it with new construction in a relatively seamless way.  In obtaining new windows, we were able to match the existing window style in the rest of the house.  We were impressed with the skill and professionalism of the staff--from carpentry, to plumbing, to electrical work, to tiling and painting, to dry wall installation.  Everything was carried out diligently and according to specification, and every single staff member was polite and friendly.  The carpentry work was particularly skilled.  A number of problems required custom-made solutions, which were creatively and tastefully done.  There were unexpected problems that were discovered along the way (such as the old termite damage in our kitchen sub-floor, the hole in the roof above our bathroom, problems with the placement of bathroom lighting, etc.). Tony and staff dealt with all of these surprises transparently and promptly.  On several occasions small mistakes were made (placement of a cabinet, for instance); these were corrected without hesitation. The only negative I can think of was that there was some uncertainty about our start date, and communication early on could have been better.  But we are VERY pleased with our new kitchen, bathroom, closet, and storage area. In short, we would not hesitate to use Tony Martin again for any further remodeling needs and give him our highest possible recommendation.

"Rafael and his team went above and beyond to repair our home, which had flooded due to a broken pipe. As he was dealing with my elderly parents in the renovation, Rafael was very thoughtful and considerate in explaining every detail, was up front about the process and the costs. And had great communication with me during the process. I could not have hired a better company to get our home back into a livable condition, I really feel that RF Home Remodeling LLC went above and beyond and would highly recommend them!"

"Javier personally handled the entire project. He renovated 31 year old bathroom vanities and in terms of quality and appearance these cabinets are better than new. We would highly recommend Perfect Kitchens and Bath for an extensive remodel. Quality components, outstanding prep work, and experienced installation all contributed to the final result. Javier is patient, an excellent listener, and delivered on all aspects of the renovation as promised."

"Fantastic! Bob and Mark were both highly professional, courteous and completed our kitchen in a timely manner. Any imperfection was taken care of immediately. These two were so friendly and definitely aimed to please."

"I was impressed, and pleased by the professionalism of the men who came to repair our pellet stove. The stove was old , and we ended up buying a new one. It was made simple by Chris. Within a short amount time he found the stove we wanted , set up a payment plan. Chris went beyond and above to help us. When the stove was installed, again professional , and polite gentleman, Steve and Adrian did a fine job. Now we have a solid company to go to for repairs , and service. Thank you to all at Chimney Experts for a job well done."

"This was not new construction to correct an initial deck design flaw.. and it was not a simple job. Some contractors would have tried to over-complicate the nature of the work to inflate their fees.Scott was honest and straightforward. Scott was: On time. On budget. With excellent craftsmanship. Pleasant to work with. I give Scott Monath the highest possible rating is all areas. I have no doubts of Scott's ability to any type of construction: Decks, Carpentry,(rough or finish), remodels(interior or exterior), baths, kitchens etc. I would hire Scott again. Best contractor I ever had do work for me."

"My wife and I purchased our first home and had extremely limited funds to put into the house. Mr. Barber of Chelray Construction, Inc. was the only contractor who gave us honest advice suited to our needs. He took a miserable kitchen and completely remodeled it into a beautful area. He was quick, efficient, clean, reliable and responsible. Mr. Barber went above and beyond his job, offering to help out in areas he was not hired to do. He and his crew went the extra mile and did finishing touches not exactly necessary for the job, but which enhanced the quality of his work. I intend on using his services for other projects in my home."
