"I called on a Wednesday evening and was in touch with the business the following day. Cheryl was helpful and informative and we made an appointment for early Saturday. Todd, the owner called ahead of arrival as agreed and showed up on time. He did a very thorough investigation inside the house and out - even though it was cold and pouring rain. He found the problem and treated it, even caulking around the inside fireplace wall where they were likely getting in. He told me what to expect over the following few days and gave me follow-up instructions. The price for the work was more than fair and both Todd and Cheryl were very personable and helpful. I would recommend this service provider to anyone requiring pest control within the service area. Very, very pleased."

"Always great when you find top quality pest control!  Had Cooper Pest spray my deck for carpenter bees.  Sales person was very practical and technician was prompt, courteous and timely (cost I think was $150 for the service with retreatment as necessary through Sept 2014).  Had them come out again to treat my playset (it was clearly stated up front and decided by me not to include the playset in the initial treatment so this is no issue on Cooper's part) on a rushed basis a day or two before my daughter's 4th birthday party to be held in  the backyard....not only did the sales person accomodate my rush request very promptly, she even discounted me for the additional treatment!  Great customer service and very much appreciated!  Will use Cooper again as needed and I have absolutely no reservations recommending them to others. <br />"

"While he was here, we talked to him about our lawn because we had some questions. The gentleman happened to do lawn care prior to doing pest control so he gave me some comments about it and asked if I wanted Moyer Lawn to call me. They called and I talked to them and they were able to give me a deal to do some grub control and to aerate and seed our lawn for us. The grub control, aeration and overseeding were $188. I like the friendliness of the technicians that came out. This was different than the pest control guy. A different guy did the grub control than the one who did the aeration and seeding. They both did well with our dog. They were very friendly towards the dog and it was quick work. It didn’t take them very long. They were here in the time frame they said they would be. We got a discounted rate for those services since we also do the pest control. If you use them for other things, you get a discount on all the others because they provide a number of different home services. With the grub control, we were told we will be the first house call of the day which means they would be here before 8 a.m. and that didn’t happen. I called Moyer and the woman I spoke to said she would call the technicians and have them call me and ended up not calling me and they didn’t show up until probably around 9:15. All things considered, it’s not that much when we expected them but it was still slightly frustrating and then I planned to get this done before I went to work, and I ended up having to stay home much longer than I anticipated. As far as the aeration and seeding that we had done on Monday, they gave us a window. The technician called us and told us he thought he would be here and he was here within the 1-hour window that he gave us. The grub control technician who did not call us was still very friendly."
