Long story short is I had a new roof, siding and gutters done in November 2018 by contractors that did unworkmanlike installations and kept trying to band aide the job. That wasnâ t the case with the last company, so I was thrilled to see my brand-new roof with proper drip edge, overhang and flashing. Up next was the siding installation and there was quite a bit of wood and facia replaced during this process. Economy made sure to stick 100% to their contract and go above and beyond on my home. "05/14/2014-A lot more is happening.  The current hold up is due to the permits office in Jefferson County, WV.  It is over a flood plain issue, and the county not allowing a repair.  Since my last post, manager Doug Brenner has jumped through many hoops with the county, making many calls and visits to the county permit office and completing their additional requirements.  Champion, at their own expense, hired a surveyor to shoot an elevation to prove the property was not in the floodplain which cost them $1,000.00.  Mr. Brenner has kept us up to date with everything that is going on and we HOPE to bring this to a quick resolution so that we can get our room replaced!

We have yet to see how it will go.  We signed our contract on 09/28/2013. (corrected from 12/28/2013) Jim the salesman was very nice and accomodating.  The manager, Doug, has not followed up regarding when the permit will be ready and they can start.  When we called, several weeks ago, we were told that the permit was still with their engineers.  It is now 3/31/14 and nothing yet.  I am hoping that things happen soon and we can change this review to one that says "Well satisfied, great job on the finished project, Champion.""

"The folks at All Exteriors were VERY good. They answered the first call to them, made an appointment and a representative arrived ahead of time to do the repair work needed. The job could have neen completed withtn three hours of my initial call but the craftsman who was doing the repair did not like the match of his available parts to what was on our home. He said they woyuld make the correct sized piece and replace it for a better appearance to our home. He was right! The repair looks great and they DID NOT charge extra for the making of the new part!"

I shopped windows like crazy. They have their own special window that is very nice and energy efficient.

They scheduled the roof first. Two days later they did my siding and windows.

Excellent cleanup.

They were not the lowest price, but were close. About $1000 higher than the lowest bid.
