"I felt that I needed an alarm security system since my neighbor's house was burglarized. I felt it's not safe anywhere these days whether you live in a good or bad area. I agreed on a Sunday and by Friday's evening he sent Bryan out to get the alarm system installed. It took couple hours to get it done but it was worth the wait. I'm not good with remembering things and illiterate when it comes to handling high tech device but Bryan was so patience with me and taught me over and over again to remember how to use it. I'll likely forget soon but he said feel free to call him if I have any questions or concern. I'm very happy with the services I received from Michael and Bryan and deserved a 5 star rating."

"We recently worked with LSVG Electrics to install our Philips Hue smart recessed lights into our family room. To start, the electricians from LSVG were fantastic. They arrived promptly and began by walking through the plan, answering any and all questions along the way. Since we had no existing ceiling lights they had to run all new wiring, map out the placement perfectly, and handle ceiling cuts. They did all this flawlessly - so well done we did not even need to patch or repaint the ceiling. The fixtures sit completely flush, and the Philips Hue system provides incredible brightness as well as amazing color customization. LSVG made sure all wiring was up to code, provided a warranty and verified the lights were all communicating properly with each other as well as the Hue app before leaving. They cleaned up as much as they could of any slight mess they created during installation. The whole process was very seamless and stress-free! We look forward to workin with them again."

"Alert was terrific.  We bought a home, and I asked Tony to come out and do an evaluation of the existing security system and make recommendations on any upgrades/updates.  It turned out that Alert had installed the original system.  He came promptly at my request, did a thorough inspection, and provided a detailed estimate.  He also provided an alternative new system quote, but explained that we really didn't need a new system because the existing one was fairly new and a reliable "workhorse."  We scheduled the visit for the tech to come out.  Duke, the technician, was great.  He worked diligently and -- despite an initial hiccup -- got it all set up.  We have had a few mistaken "false alarms" and the monitoring service has called us immediately on our phones to check in.  This was exactly what we were looking for, and we got it.

"With the $100 girft card, they entire system was less than $100 for many motion detectors, and window alarms. The monitoring is more than other companies, but when you factor in the cost of the equipment, it was cheaper. They are the best customer service people I have ever used. They are quick to respond, the system is so easy to use. You can arm using an app if you forgot to arm before you left. Have key chain you can use as well to arm or disarm. Would highly recommend this company."
