"We couldn't have been more satisfied! If you must have your home repiped, go with Tampa Bay Plumbers. Suppose we were relatively lucky, but after three leaks from the pipe under our garage floor, water got into a room on the other side of the wall. Long process of water mitigation and renovation. After the flooring was replaced, another leak came up from the garage floor so we decided to bypass the garage floor pipe. Then we had a leak from the rerouted pipe. My wife called and interviewed four different plumbers. All but one said the repiping would require pipes exposed on the outside of the house at the kitchen and master bath. Unacceptable. Joe Bates, with Tampa Bay Plumbers, consulted with his crewman Miguel. After Joe described the situation, they said they could probably do the job without running the pipes outside. And they did it! Miguel, with the help from his teammates, was able to route the pipes inside our block construction walls in very tight spaces. The crew of Miguel, Richie, Ty, and (for a couple days) Zach was absolutely outstanding. They are polite and professional, always cleaning up after themselves as they worked. I was impressed with their teamwork. We had record high temperatures that week, so working in the attic was especially tough. But they watched out for each other - making sure each stayed hydrated and tag-teamed on the hard work. After the inspection (which passed with no problem), Miguel and Richie came back to "button up" the work. They repaired the drywall they had to cut out. After texturing and painting the walls, we could not tell it was ever repaired. Finally, we were also impressed with the Team Lead, Joe Bates. He set the right expectations and delivered on them right on time. We were able to trust him and his team. I place a premium on leadership. He set high standards for his crew and pitched in to shoulder the work, too, which included working in the hot attic to finish the pipe strapping and insulation. We highly recommend Joe, Miguel, Richie, Ty, and Zach from Tampa Bay Plumbers to anyone having to deal with a repiping of their home!"

"I highly recommend Patriot Pump and Well Repair to all in need of their services. Our water pump stopped working at 1pm on a Sunday. And we got on the phone and started calling numbers left and right. Everyone else either had answering services, voicemail and I had one company tell me they wouldn’t be able to come out until the following day even though I told them we didn’t have running water in our home! Finally called Patriot Pump and We’ll repair and Scott answered which totally threw me off that I was speaking to someone. I tagged team with the hubby and next thing I knew Scott was at our home in 20 mins fixing our issue. Trust me from now on he will be the first person we call if we have anymore pump/well issues. Andddddd he is military friendly"

"Initially all went well and overall their design and work was good, Jess and Flavio were very responsive initially but as the job went on much less so and getting them to respond to finishing up and addressing some issues at the end was downright impossible, although they did finally finish up most of my concerns. Overall, satisfied with the design and most of the subcontractors but their painters were beyond horrible and I eventually had to fire the painters myself- couldn't believe Flavio sent the same painters back to do the job that I fired initially! Contracted with them also to rewire my house which had aluminum wiring- they tried to charge an exorbitant fee in my estimation and when I said no to the second half of the job they adjusted the price but still high. I was in a tight spot due to some pressing family issues and had to get the job done so I agreed (they were woefully beyond their promised time frame, knowing my constraints)- I believe they dropped the price because they didn't want it to come to light that they actually rewired my entire house WITHOUT A PERMIT! This only came to light 1 year later when I had an electrical inspection after having a home generator installed. And forget about them ever responding in the 1 year warranty period. They do not return calls, texts or emails. They also did not complete a few small items that were already paid for. Jess and Flavio came highly recommended by someone else they did work for, again their design and overall work was good, but many of the details were sloppy, I highly recommend you get your own painters, they also, by the way, painted with the wrong paint despite the fact that I gave them a picture of the exact paint and finish I used for the rest of the house. And when I asked them about the wiring inspection, they lied and told me it was already inspected- so beware.....I would not have any further dealings with this company, but thankfully, I learned a lot about dealing with contractors in the future so some good lessons were learned on my part. fool me once....."
