Mark came out to our home to measure the pool (36 feet) and show us the choice of materials he could use to include color and density of screen and gates as well as to educate us about the product. He brought a book of photos which showed a variety of choices (colors, visibility of different types of screen, and gates) which we used as a reference to ask questions. "They did a great job.  The fence-line pruning was a sensitive job since the tree is in my neighbor's yard.  Ed spoke to my neighbor and explained what they were going to do.  His background as an certified arborist helped in this regard.  His workmen were very careful while working in my neighbor's yard and they left the work area in very good condition. <br /> Ed explained to me how he was going about the prune on the tree in my front yard.  He wanted to thin out the limbs and create a more balanced growth, while addressing my concerns about a few limbs. <br />"
