"I had a roof issue which needed immediate repair. Magnum Restoration responded quickly and took care of the repair. Very professional. Highly recommend."

"My over the street neighbor replaced his roof with a cool looking copper tinted metal roof -several years ago. At that time I was very impressed with the team performing the work and the end result. It looked great and still looks great. I wrote down the company's name "Covenant" just in case. Then, when it was time to talk about my roof needing replacement I had a colleague at work bragging about Covenant: he was very happy how Covenant put a metal roof on his house and even showed me pictures. So, I contacted Kevin Showley (Covenant's Sales Representative) who came to the house after my work hours, inspected the roof and gave me a fair price. He showed me the materials used and explained how the whole process would work. He also helped me right away with the financing part of the whole project. That same night I signed the contract and within a few days the permit was attached to one of the windows of the house. Within 2-3 weeks the materials were delivered on the driveway ! A trailer was placed on the driveway as agreed upon on Saturday. Monday at 8 sharp a team of 11 people started on the roof and put a beautiful copper look metal roof on my house within 2 days. I called the company afterwards 2 times for some minor aftercare, and each time they responded within one day ! No kidding: they stand behind their logo: they exactly delivered what they promised to do. It all went so smooth that I can barely believe it is done ! And with a 15 year warranty I feel that ' I am covered '."

"TriPeak Roofing arrived on time, gave me a fair price, and communicated with me throughout the entire process. I chose a metal roof, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The installation crew was respectful of my home, worked efficiently, and did an outstanding job from start to finish. It’s clear they take pride in their workmanship and professionalism. I highly recommend TriPeak Roofing to anyone looking for a quality roofing company!"

"RoofPack came out to assess my roof and provide an estimate for my home in Sarasota. They were professional, competitively priced, and did a fantastic job installing our new roof. Would highly recommend the RoofPack to anyone looking for a new roof or repair."

"I worked with Dave Racer to get my roof replaced. I went from shingle to metal. Dave was there every step of the way. Responsive via email/text/call whenever I needed him. Their showroom located in central Cape Coral was perfect for me to be able to go see the different styles and colors of metal in-person. The roof was installed on time, at the agreed amount, and passed inspections the first time without issue. I was able to make a couple of modifications to what I wanted without a problem. Three crews worked on the roof (tearoff, install, and fascia/gutters). All three were super respectful, clean, and nice to my overly-curious kids. The lawn and drivway were clear of debris / nails / tools every day before they left. I could not recommend Roman Roofing or Dave Racer more and I love my new standing-seam black metal roof."

"The replacement went great and it was all done so fast! The owner David made the process very easy for me and got the job done perfectly."

"Straight Forward Construction replaced my roof, and it was a great experience. Christian Teague was knowledgeable, patient, and zero pressure—unlike the pushy salespeople from other companies I got estimates from. He listened to what I wanted, explained everything clearly, and gave the most reasonable price. The team did a full tear-off and replacement professionally, communicated well throughout, and the new roof looks fantastic. Highly recommend Straight Forward and ask for Christian!"

"Crew arrived 4 hours early and completed the install in under 2 hours. ( 3 walls, 3 downspouts ) No debris was left behind. Extremely satisfied"

"The service department came out and inspected my problem windows. One pane needs to be replaced due to lack of gas between the panes. The service technician demonstrated why one window leaked due to high pressure water on the window (greater pressure than hurricane rains.) I had one total window that had a white film on the upper portion of each panel. He blamed it on my sprinklers, which do not touch the windows. I was angry about his response because I couldn't understand how if it was caused by the sprinklers, why was it only on the upper portion and not at the middle or bottom of the window. (The window opens from bottom to top). The service tech. was able to use soap/water and a razor blade to scrap off the white film. Overall, the service tech. did a good to fair job. Hopefully, he contacted the appropriate person to get my one bad window replaced. I'm waiting to find out when they will replace the one window."
