"RollShield was one of 5 vendors we contacted for information about window opening hurricane protection. We initially worked with Don as our salesman and point of contact. Due to demand, our appointment was set out approximately 7 days and Don showed up on time and prepared with all the information needed. Other vendors tried to give us the "if you sign today" routines however Don was patient with our many questions due to the size of the investment. Ultimately we went with the CrimSafe screens on our window openings, accordion door on our patio slider, and the fabric protection for our front door opening. Had never seen the CrimSafe screens we were somewhat reluctant to purchase without seeing them. Don offered to have us come by his home to see the ones he had installed and we were welcomed into his home to view and "play" with the screens. Sold us 100%. The production and installation were completed as promised even if their busy season. Trey was our installer and there is not a bad thing to say about his skills or customer service. "I waited until we had a few storms before writing this review. During the estimation process we discussed options which resulted in less work for the company and less expense for me. The work the company performed has exceeded all my expectations. There were a few curve balls thrown into the work due to the age and structural strength of the enclosure which the company handled well and with a certain amount of anticipation; they liked the challenge. In addition to the rescreening the company strengthed the enclosure structure with brackets and additional cables, and built a cat door on the lanai. Both of these additions to the original quote were reasonably priced. They were prompt, efficient, friendly, and professional in their work and their personal behavior (language and music choices). The owner of the company headed the project."

"Installer, Kirk, was knowledgeable, experienced and overall helpful and professional in all aspects of the job. The tile came out just beautiful. We had a problem with the walls and what to do with the already existing strange woodwork(moldings). Kirk came up with a fantastic solution and did a great job. "We would like to thank Bill and his crew for fixing a problem that was created by another contractor. We had a paver patio installed that was approximately 625 square feet. It required a footer due to the screen enclosure that was to be installed after its completion. The previous (paver) contractor decided to pour the footer themselves and not get a permit. This was a problem since we were now unable to get a screen enclosure installed without a footer that had a permit. We called Bill to help us out and he determined the footer was also not deep enough and would not last. With his recommendation, along with our perception of his knowledge, experience and honesty, we proceeded to contract his team to create a new and improved concrete footer. The results were everything we could ask for in a professional organization. The team, led by Bill, created a superior concrete footer that undoubtedly saved us thousands down the road. "Excellent work as usual. We used D&D  before to replace all our windows and doors.  Next on the list was to make a screened in patio.  D&D did it all. They got the permits, enlarged the patio, poured the concrete and custom built the enclosure.  It is wonderful. The D&D team are so professional, friendly, and perfectionists. "Went great and was a great experience from the sales man to the installation. The salesman wasn’t pushy, didn’t try to up sell us but listened to our needs and reasons for updating. We replaced all our windows that were the original 40 year old aluminum single pane, the original sliding glass door, and had a storm door replaced with a solid door. The installation team was very professional, courteous, and the workmanship looks flawless."
