"Finding Dave has been such a lifesaver! He has been able to help me with so many types of projects! He has quickly become my go to phone call when I need things done! He has fixed another personâ s mistakes on a shiplap wall, painted, fixed a door, fixed a toilet, and created an amazing accent wall with wainscoting for my living room. I find his pricing extremely fair and he works hard to get you on the schedule ASAP. On top of it, he is just a really nice guy! Highly recommended ð"

"The first red flag is representing himself as Steve Perez on Angi’s list when in fact his name is Ziv. There’s the hard sell and false promises (finish a kitchen remodel in 5-6 weeks) when it took 4 months. Unprofessionalism is an understatement. He communicates through texting like a teenager and screams at the client when in fact errors are his fault or his sub-contractors. We provided appliance specs very early in the process and the electrician still made errors for which Ziv wanted us to pay for. The cabinets delivered were incomplete which he blamed on us. He demanded a final payment and threatened to put a lean on our house when the work was incomplete per the contract. Then Subs starting calling demanding payment which was resolved after we provided cashed checks to Sonart Construction. Don’t believe what I say. Read the BBB review complaints for a well-deserved F rating."
