They confirmed their appointments and called when en route. Emailed me the estimate and final bill matched the estimate. They estimated 5-6 hours of manual labor, this too was true. I contracted ZK Stone Restoration to re-grout, caulk and seal my stone tile floor in the main bathroom. In the process, he had to correct a very substandard job done by a previous worker. Z came on time and fully equipped with the tools of the trade. He was extremely polite and professional. He also explained again exactly how he would proceed with the project. The work area was kept neat and clean at all times. Z would pause on occasion to show me the progress of the work to be sure I was satisfied each step of the way. When he finished, he thoroughly cleaned the area and explained to me how to care for the floor in the future.
