"It went great. The company was responsive to my email & had someone out within a few days for a quote. McGregor came out and was so friendly - but also knowledgeable and skilled. He told me his recommendation & answered all my questions about the fence & what our best options would be. He sent a quote the next day & we took a few days to think it over. A week later McGregor followed up with us (no pressure) via email just to touch base & see if we had any other questions - we did. He responded quickly by answering our questions & providing photos for reference. We decided to book with him. A day after signing the contract, DJ was in our neighborhood & stopped by the house to see if we were open to having our fence repaired right then (rather than waiting).
