"Because our refrigerator has computers installed in it that talk to the thermostat, fan motors, compressor, etc. all at one time, what turned out to be an easy replacement became more complicated as neither we or Art were able to understand why temperatures weren't regulating. However, Art returned 5 times as he was dedicated to make this refrigerator work right. He never charged us for return trips. He is, without a doubt, the most dedicated appliance repairman we've ever had in our 46 years of marriage. We now understand why he is rated so high on this website.
