He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Great service. Very prompt in returning messages and scheduling the work. We had to replace a downdraft vent. After getting the run around from multiple appliance stores who asked astronomical prices, I bought the replacement myself but needed someone to install it. Dollhouse bid for the job and assured quality work. The tech arrived promptly even before schedule. He worked great and when faced with some issues in setting the ductwork, went the extra mile to install the vent. He was also very polite and nice. I will highly recommend this company for services.
