No chasing people/corporations down just to get the half-hearted warranty they promised. Champion was respectful and professional throughout the entire process. If financing, just make sure to get ALL of the details upfront. Luckily we were able to do something different but still nice to have a finance option if needed. "We have been planning to upgrade our deck from lumber to composite TREX for quite some time and FA Outdoor Spaces was the only company that offers three options for decking- refloor, facelift and new deck. Brandon Campbell and Brandon Wheatley who assisted him, understood what we were looking for an provided a proposal to upgrade the flooring, railing caps and steps by replacing the wooden boards with TREX , reinforce the foundation of the deck and steps, and re-finish the existing railings to retain the original aesthetic of the deck with a modern flooring. The cost was reasonable and there was clear communication on necessary safety improvements required to make the deck last for a long time. Veronika as project manager ensured that the work was planned and scheduled for an on time completion. Veronika’s communications were timely and detailed. She made sure we were fully satisfied with the finished work and took the extra steps to ensure the end result was perfect. The crew is very knowledgeable and hardworking and they worked through some bad weather days safely to get the work done. Very satisfied and highly recommended."

"Initial rep was great and informative. Felt comfortable with initial sale. Hardly had any contact from customer service except for the payments. There were several delays that we were not informed about unless we called to ask. Took 7 months before they showed up to begin project. Only 1 person was sent to build steps. Took a week. Hard worked, hardly took a break. Had to call again to see when they would come to pour patio. Never knew when they were coming, they just showed up. Hardly spoke with the homeowners. Inspection paperwork was just left on porch. Additional paperwork that is "required by the County" had to be completed by homeowner and taken to Court house to be notarized and filed and also provide a copy back to Long Fence. Time sensitive materials which added to homeowners to-do list. Gave this contract to LF on the surface of their history and appearance of a 'good local company' but should have stayed with original contactors in VA. Puddle of water forms when it rains"

"They came pormptly to view the project and provided a prompt excellent value bid. The communication and scheduling were right on and took into account some of my timing issues. The entire team came the week prior to the start date to discuss any issues that may arise to avoid delays. They answered all my questions. They communicated and were very cognizant for placing their materials They have worked diligently every day from early morning to late evening with an incredible work force who do a great job and are very conscientious and respectful End of each day they clean up and replace their equipment out of the way They completed the job on time in spite of the weather. Their entire team were personable, professional, respectful and diligent and obviously proud of their work. We are overwhelmingly satisfied and would recommend them especially for this type of roof without any reservation.
