"This is a summary of the work that was done. The professionals first inspect the work to be done and give you a quote. Then when the work is done, and remains shoddy, there's an air of 'its not my problem'. Here are some examples: 1) Exterior power outlet to be fixed- it was not fixed because 'you couldn't figure out how to turn the power off'. 'Just be careful how you use it because it trips.' 2) Straightening the wooden fence- once the payment was made and the fence was 'straightened', we find that its still at an angle. We were then told that there's 'rot at the bottom and this is as straight as it gets'. That's the whole point of doing an inspection and obtaining a quote! 3) Installing a new glass door side panel- trim only installed on 2 sides and not on all 4 sides so dirt now gets in. When I call to ask about it the response is 'it was done right and approved when you were there', someone must have messed with it. My most recent phone call with them 2 months after the work was completed resulted in the following words- 'quit your whining and complaining and leave us alone'. Unbelievable"

I have never seen a more beautiful shower! Lines straight and squared. They even made sure the rocks on the tile floor were even!!! "Everything turned out fantastic. They responded with an estimate immediately and ready to get to work. They were very efficient in painting our vaulted ceilings and livingroom/bathroom/hallways. They also installed a vinyl floor in a bathroom. They cleaned up their mess, moved our furniture back and mopped the floor. I would hire them again for any projects I have. In addition, his rates are very reasonable. I'm sure I will be calling them back to do some exterior painting!!"

Things fell apart after that. Deadlines weren't met...repeatedly, deadlines they set. Expectations they set went unmet. Communication was poor. If something is wrong just tell me. I can deal with that. Fortunately our contractor did the work of communicating with them and making things happen...finally! Probably a good thing it wasn't me.Don't keep telling me what you think I want to hear and completely destroy your credibility with lousy performance. In the end, we got the project done and are fairly certain about what happened. Not going to share that because I am not completely sure. However, we are absolutely certain that we'll never do business with this company again. We would encourage you to look elsewhere. This product is expensive. Choose wisely.
