"It went beautifully! We simply can't say enough good things about Joe Kincaid and his team. First of all, their estimate for the repairs were what we considered to be very fair, given the work involved, and it was substantially lower than another bid we received. Also, Joe and his partner had a number of ideas they wanted to implement to help protect the wood rafters from rotting again due to trapped  moisture. Noone else had suggested these fixes, and this is a problem we have dealt with numerous times in the past, so we were grateful for their insights into how we could, in the future, avoid the constant maintenance headache.
