After interviewing 5 different companies we knew they were the one that was going to assist us in the largest financial decision we had to make. We had never remodeled the exterior of our home, or any others and the task seemed overwhelming. Chuck was extremely knowledgeable in the process and took the time to listen to our concerns. His professional approach on “what is reasonable and customary” when starting a project of this scale made us both feel at ease. He provided many different options for repair, replacement and kept it all within our stated budget. Choosing the paint colors was the only thing he said was, a personal preference and mentioned that Sherwin Williams is the best choice for exterior paint, and they have any colors that meet your expectations. Project took 2 weeks and came in on budget. Their crew was employed by MAC and not sub-contractors. They were on time, cleaned up at the end of each day and very respectful of our property. On Time. Mark was in constant communication with us from start to finish and had this project wrapped up in a week even with bad weather for three of the days. "This is my review of my experience with Mark Lim of Ace Roof & Construction. Mark arrived for a estimate on my older deck, he made suggestions, took notes and asked exactly what was needed for project. Mark is very personal, easy to talk with. I received my estimate which was very well organized with exactly what we talked about. I had three other contractors, also from Angies list. Two of the guys did not even get back with a estimate. Marks price was in range of other two contractors price. Mark arrived on time with 3 workers and efficiently removed rotted decking boards and railing. I had a section of my deck over a hill and deck had sunk in spots. The repair was more than Mark had expected, and had to do additional work and apply extra support and extra bags of concrete to stablize ground. Mark did extra work without complaints and in fact he canceled a meeting to stay on site to supervise work. This extra work cost Marks crew another couple of hours and he never complained, only told me he did not anticipate extra work. My best praise of Mark Lim is he replaced old wood with new from a section of steps that we never disscussed or paid for. When i asked Mark why he replace wood on steps he said he could not leave them in condition they were in and he replaced steps cause it was right thing to do. This is a rare character today! Overall Mark did a excellent job on my deck. and I highly recommend him."

"I recently hired Patio Pros to remove an old deck and to install a new and larger deck. Working with Steven and Zack and their work crew led by Ricardo has been a pleasure. They quoted a very fair and reasonable price and were very responsive during the entire process. The owners showed up daily to make sure the job was on track and built according to our agreement. They took their time and did not cut any corners. We will now be enjoying many evenings on our new deck."

"What an incredible process with John and team. We had met with a handful of contractors for the project and honestly Titan came in with the lowest bid. This was a project we were not expecting to redo ground up so we were trying to keep the costs as reasonable as we could. John did multiple quotes for us showing multiple options. We ended up spending a little more to get Trek decking instead of wood. His Trek pricing was still better than other companies were quoting wood. He had all the product and dumpster dropped when promised and only took a 50% deposit after that. He did a few extra things that were not in original quote because he felt it was the right thing to do for the job, not charging us more of course. The end result was a brand new deck from the concrete footers to the siding they replaced on the house. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend Titan to anyone with a home project."

"Had a Deck put on and kitchen window turned into a sliding glass door. Troy the deck guy was a perfectionist and a true professional. He did impeccable work. He answered any and all questions and worked around weather issues that arouse, etc. For a 1-man crew got the deck done way quicker than expected in just 8 full days. Door also got put in less than a day. The company over all was great and kept up with all communications weather via email or phone and along with follow up dealing with supply issues due to covid overall awesome staff. The crews also had to deal with other projects going on around them such as roof and siding at the same time. Everything went very well and could not be any happier. "Wilfredo is a very professional artist! He knows exactly what needs to be done at every turn. We started out with a rail replacement, and he noted the dangerous situation we had under our deck. He was calm and understanding, and offered many choices of solutions. He built a very strong and beautiful replacement. He even made it wider with more concrete footings. He also added several (22) bolts through the fascia and into the house (finished basement, that he had to cut into the ceiling to repair…can’t even tell it was done from inside! Dry wall and painted!) We are excited to use this for years to come!"
