Christina did a great job helping me to plan the job and had wonderful suggestions as she really listened and understood what I was looking for. Marek was our primary guy and his work was incredible. Very quick, very clean, no mess and as I said the finished product is beautiful. I started this project as I had a leak from the shower that several plumbers told me we would have to pull the shower out to find the problem, so I decided while we were doing that, I would redo the entire bathroom. Marek went above and beyond to identify the exact problem, which ended up not being what initially everyone thought it would be. Erik installed the flooring (master bedroom also) and was very quick and did a fantastic job. The only glitch we had was with scheduling. Initially, Lance Smith had indicated they would start during the week of July 2nd and it would be approximately 3 week project. They actually started on July 9th and finished on August 14th. A couple of days, we had been informed that someone would be there and no one came that day and we didn't receive communication that they would not be there. The delays weren't a problem, that they weren't communicated to us was the problem. We did express our frustration and communication got better after that. I would definitely use Limitless Renovations for future projects, the quality and ease of the finished project made a few communication blips not matter much. My Bathroom is Amazing now!"
