"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"It went really well. Ron completed his work in the time frame he said and the work was excellent. He did extensive drywall repair and painting of the interior of the sanctuary. He also install a new roof. His workers clean up all the singles removed from the roof. He was very easy to work with and was very interested in completing his work to our satisfaction. This was an insurance claim and he worked with the adjuster to complete the estimate. Ron does both commercial and residential work."
