"Went to store front on saturday to look at sample railings. Staff was very helpful. Gave me some catalogues to take home and an appointment for Tuesday for an estimate. On Tuesday Jeff called and said he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come an hour earlier. Came and showed us some examples and discussed how certain railings would look and what our steps could "handle". Made our selection and got an install date for 2 weeks later. At 9am on 11/12 Alex and his associate showed up and got to work. The two men were professional and meticulous about what they were doing. It seeemed as thought they were installing the railings on their own home. When they were done they cleaned the area so it looked like the railings were always there. The finished work is perfect and we are thrilled that we chose Fence Depot.

"I had hired Nick a couple of years ago to paint the outside of the house I was living in. His men did an incredible job. When I bought my apartment, I called him in to do the work. I did not even bother to get another estimate. He is expensive, and worth every penny. He painted a 2400 sq. ft. apartment to my color specifications, hung wallpaper, removed a closet door and framed it out for a new bifold door, attached door stops and switch and outlet plates, had his electrician  hang fixtures, and do wiring for TV and internet. He removed a whole wall of mirror which was becoming detached from the wall, and repaired and painted that wall. No one would ever know anything had hung there at one time. I did wind up paying over and hove the figure above, because I then had the electrician remove a good bit of recessed lighting, and install LED lighting."

"It was a pleasure working with Sep. He takes such pride in his work, does the install himself and finishes with a perfect job. The stoop had some problems because it was not installed properly (by someone else) and Sep had to repair the stoop before he could start. Then he was able to continue and finished installing the railings. My stoop is safe and sturdy, thanks to Sep. "John and his crew did a great job. Our porch was in terrible shape. The wood was rotted with a lot of water damage. John replaced the entire porch and steps with high quality wood and composites. We are delighted with the new porch. The ceiling is made up of beautiful cedar and the deck is of a super hard wood called Ipe. We can't wait for nice weather so we can spend time on our beautiful new porch.? Because John did such an excellent job with the porch we decided to have him repair and replace the things that we have been putting off getting done. He systematically approached each task and consulted with us at every step of the way. For example, we discussed the shutters, different types of materials and their advantages and disadvantages and then we ordered the perfect shutters. They look great, match the color or our new front door, and they are made of a water proof composite material so we won't have to worry about them rotting in the future.? In addition to the porch we had a lot of water damaged wood fascia that John replaced. This wood was on all sides of the house and the garage. The house looks so much better without the rotten wood and peeling paint we used to have. Plus since the new material is waterproof and termite proof we won't have to worry about it. I worked closely with John to select the doors, locks and doorbells. We are extremely happy with them. Our front door has a Schlage lock that we unlock using a code and it has worked flawlessly. It also has a key back up just in case. John put on an additional chain lock and made sure the doors worked perfectly.? John had to find a person to build the round window for our attic since that size and type of window is not easy to come by. It looks great and it is also made of a material that is waterproof. All in all, we are happy that we were able to get all of the things repaired that we needed done. Plus John helped us find a roofer, and an electrician to do some electrical work inside and outside of the house.? It was a pleasure to have John and his guys working on our house. They were punctual, friendly and hard-working. At the end of each day, John and his crew made sure that all work areas were nice and clean. I was amazed at the skill and care John took with all of his work. He really does pay attention to detail and if something is not perfect he will do it over until he gets it just right.?
