Despite my not being a weekly service customer as I perform these myself, Tri-M has been responsive to a few issues I've had this season. Tr-M is always easy to reach with a call - you'll get Joel or Barb and they are very responsive. I appreciated that they were willing to open/close and preform limited weekly services - many companies out here are not, which is why I hired Tri-M,. Will definitely be using Tri-M next season"
