Jessie and his team were always on time, kept things clean and neat throughout the areas they worked in and had great communication with me throughout the whole project. We are already planning another project with Matt and his team!"

He kept promising to send the revised estimate “that night” — multiple times — but it never came. Days went by with no follow-up. This wasn’t my first bad experience — I met two other contractors from Angi before Jaden, and all three were sketchy, with some even appearing intoxicated. But Kramer’s was by far the most unprofessional, especially when it came to communication. If you want honesty, reliability, and respect for your time and money, look elsewhere."
