"The install crew (Anthony and Chris) arrived at our house shortly after 9 am. The promised time was between 9-10 am. They finished up the job of installing 7 windows at 2 pm. They were very nice, professional, courteous, considerate, and did a fantastic job with the install. They were both very efficient. Many times workers will come and sit or stand around or play on their phones etc. But both guys were on task and finished up ahead of schedule. The windows look and work fantastic. The inspection was done a week later from City of Tallahassee. There was one screen that had a little hole in it, but WWT immediately placed an order for a replacement and it will be replaced as soon as it gets in. Wonderful product, customer service, and great price. All-in-all a great experience starting with my online inquiry to get an estimate, the sales/estimate person in our home explaining and answering questions, office staff setting up appointments and follow-up phone calls and emails (Sarah and Marcy), and the install crew's punctual and professional job. Would highly recommend WWT!"

"Overall well, but disappointed in the last day when final payment due. There was a fairly minor thing that was damaged during roof replacement. Mr Ryan Vess did not disagree that they had damaged it. I was told there due it all man was very busy at the time but he would get to it in the next 2 weeks. Ryan shook my hand & guaranteed it would be completed very soon & I turned over the final payment on 10/28/16. After 3 calls made to Ryan over the next 2 months with each time his stating he couldn't believe that it wasn't done yet. I decided that I had relearned a valuable lesson, never make final payment till the job is completed completely. Even when your dealing with otherwise reliable vendors & you even know the owner Mr Bowers personally. The other comment about Art Construction is the work crew was from south of the border, which I had no problem with. The problem was when I had a question or comment, I could not relay it due to language. The actual work crew I will give & A+ to. A Mr TJ Prime was supposed to be the go between myself & the crew. He was never there, I did call him with a concern he came over stood & listened to me for a few minutes between taking phone calls. Advised he would handle it, then left with out speaking to crew. Not impressed with Mr Prime. I would strongly suggest to Art Construction that they have someone at the work site that the owner can speak to on a regular basis when were spending that kind of money! Over all I give Mr Ryan an A, he just needs to follow trough on the final details to the end. I give the actual working crew an A+ they were prompt & hard working."

"<p>D&D Aluminum is a great company. Carey Tarplay came to our  home to give an estimate. He suggested we visit his showroom, which we did. We were able to see all of the options to choose from, styles, colors, etc.  We wanted to replace our old sliding glass doors with French doors and Carey explained everything that needed to be done and helped us choose the proper layout for the side glass and French doors.  My husband and I had checked out a couple of competitors showrooms and I had fallen in love with a front door at one of them. D&D Aluminum didn't carry this line, but Carey said not to worry, he would be able to special order this door for us. This was above and beyond the service I expected.</p> <p>The doors and windows were installed on time and perfect.  The Cooper City building inspector said it was a great job.</p> <p>We are so happy with the workmanship that we now are using D&D Aluminum to add a screened in patio to the back of our house.</p> <p>WE highly recommend D&D Aluminum to anyone in the market for new windows and doors.</p> <br />"

"After seeing their product at the Minneapolis Home & Garden show we were convinced that this was the right product for our porch improvement work. The guys from EZ-Screen brought samples to our home to help us select frame color and installation method. They took careful measurements of all of the window and door openings and put our order in motion. A few weeks later our windows and door were delivered. <br /> <br /> We did this work at the same time we had some exterior siding work done by another contractor. We arranged to have that contractor do the actual installation of the EZ-Screen product. The rep from EZ-Screen came out to our site when the installation started to ensure that our contractor understood how to properly install the windows and door. Everything went smoothly and contractor commented on how easy the windows went in. <br /> <br /> After three full seasons of use we still enjoy the product and we're pleased that we chose this as part of our porch renovation. "2020 has passed and we couldn't be happier with our completed first floor project, thanks to Jim Rutherford Construction. Jim was willing to tackle what other local well known contractors were either unwilling to consider or bid so high as to be unaffordable. Our project proved to be a technical challenge from the onset, raise the ground floor by almost a foot of concrete, completely rebuild the first floor by installing 3 impact French doors, 3 impact doors and 4 impact windows, cut off support an internal staircase including modifying framing around a dumbwaiter, reframe and replace every exterior wall from 4' down. Plus an added surprise rebuilding and repairing 45' of a heavily spalled concrete tie-beam in less than a week. We're still amazed at how quickly and confidently Jim set about taking on the project, he seemed to have it figured out before we even committed to getting started. He knew just right carpenters and subs to assign the work to. Once they began, they never stopped till the project was completed. Workmanship was outstanding, inspections were a breeze. I commend Jim and his crew for the quality of work and attention to detail, no shortcuts taken, stainless hardware/fasteners throughout and only pressure treated lumber. Add them all up and we have a completely new remodeled permitted downstairs ready to withstand the elements. It is without hesitation we'd recommend Jim Rutherford Construction for any project or home construction. Professional, polite and a pleasure to do business with."

"Love the work he did but did not appreciate that he did not come back nor call about completed the additional work. Stll have not heard from him and had to have a roof repair company do the additional repairs. If he has no other work he does good work but ? ? if a person can depend to do all the work necessary. <br />"
