"Rating would have been five stars had the owner provided the training for the controller as promised. Due to another contractor not providing agreed upon work, we needed a sprinkler system installed quickly. The owner showed up the day I called and provided a quote for a five zone system. The quote was about $1000 higher than another quote we received, but we went with Greenscape because we felt they could install the system in the required timeframe. They had a job cancelation two days after we accepted the quote and showed up at 9 AM and started the installation. The job was finished by noon the next day. The crew was hard working and knowledgeable and worked in hot weather to complete the project. The coverage of the system is good and our lawn is responding nicely. While they are expensive, you get what you pay for and will hire Greenscape Innovations in the future for our landscaping needs."

"We purchased the $45 consultation visit and Alvin came out and listened to what we wanted done. He came back a few days later with a price based on an itemized plant / materials list. We worked with him on a few changes and agreed to the work. His team came out and the crew was extremely professional and knew what they were doing. They salvaged many of the original plants in our yard and transplanted them to better areas. The new work they did was phenomenal and our house went from being an eye-sore to the best landscaped yard on the block!"

"I needed to get my brick walkway repaired from damage done by some deliverymen. The HOA was going to fine me and so it needed to happen soon. This company responded promptly and sent two skilled workmen who replaced the brick seamlessly (with some taken from the back patio) so the repairs didn't look odd. They worked politely and efficiently, and got the job done as promised in a few hours. Very happy with the results, will likely have them back for more work soon."

"Jose and his team were open to my many questions and offered their professional suggestions when installing my bathroom wall tile. They were also very mindful of the rest of my home and protected my floors and cleaned at the end of their workday. They were punctual and arrived daily as scheduled, no unscheduled skipped days or late arrivals. One of the tubs which was installed began to leak, however, they responded quickly and resolved the issue without hesitation."

"Pablo did an amazing job installing a brick veneer on our front porch. It was an intricate herringbone pattern that was perfectly installed. I appreciate how he took his time to make sure we received a high quality product. I will call Pablo again when I need some more brick work. I would highly recommend him."

"I had a leak on the pipe elbow inside the wall for an exterior faucet (sillcock or spigot) from the recent freeze in the Houston area. The plumber couldn't get to it from the inside of the house so he had to knock the bricks out around the faucet to make the repair - see pic. This was not a big masonry job but nevertheless, one requiring a bit of skill. I contacted Cureno Brick Repair through the Angie's List messaging service on a Saturday and asked if they would do a small repair. Jose said he could come out Monday and give me an estimate. I then sent him the photo, noting that I already had bricks that he could use and he replied almost immediately with a hard quote. I agreed and he was out today to do the repair. It looks great and the price was good. I'm very happy with the work. I highly recommend this company - fair and honest, and they did and excellent job for me. I was afraid it was too small of a job to get someone good but Cureno Brick Repair LLC came through for me."

"Repaired my brick problems in just 3 hours. Good job."

"He was ontime, did a great job installing my double ovens in a brick wall. Cleaned up. Great personality. Looking forward to him working for me again."

"A++ quality work! I'm very impressed with the workmanship Ivan has done at my home. I have recently had issues with my water heater spewing water in my attic (two different occasions), and it ruined my dry wall. I've never liked it in that location, so I called up Ace Custom Building to relocate the water heater into my garage. Right from the start he showed experience, knowledge and concern over the project at hand. I was given options of what I could do, and measures to possibly make it cheaper for me. The pricing was fair, the work quick, and the quality was outstanding. Something I take notice in when work is done on my house, whether its done by a contractor or myself is detail. There is plenty of evidence that Ivan had thought of everything down to the last detail. Last but not least I was contacted by him twice after his work was complete, to check in on everything concerning the project. I will definitely be using him again for other projects I have planned in the future. Highly recommend him as your go to contractor."
