Barrett and I met two days prior to the install. In between the time Barrett and I met, I contacted him and asked if his roofing crew could install the three skylights. Ever since I bought this property five years ago, I have dreamed of installing skylights in three particular places in order to bring natural light into some rather dark areas in our home. "Tri-star was the first company to call me back when I put in a request for an old cracking skylight that was in need of replacement. They sent out an employee to check out my problem, which the employee also noticed all the vent pipes coming out the top of my roof were rusting. I had noticed the rusting maybe 2 or 3 years earlier and did want to do something about it. So when they recommended preventative maintenance by coating the vent pipes with a special paint to keep them from rusting even more, and making sure everything was secure around the pipes and would check for loose nails and shingles I decided to go with Tri-star. They also recommended a double dome skylight for added protection from cracking or breaking, which I went with. They did all the work in a very timely manner, they kept me informed daily on what was going on with the job and were very professional all the way around!! I will definitely go with tri-star for any roofing needs in the future!!"

"I'm a single, older woman who never had to handle a roof replacement, i.e. ripe for being taken advantage of. Alex was very kind, explained everything they were going to do, what I needed and didn't need and really made me feel comfortable that I had hired the right people. His people were hard working and courteous and did an awesome job of cleaning up afterwards (I had a lot of large potted plants on my patio among other things, they moved them all so nothing would get damaged and then put it back when they were done). They also used a magnetic sweeper to make sure they got leftover nails up. After the job was done, a couple of days later, Alex came to walk around with me and look at the job and make sure everything was satisfactory. I even asked him if he did gutters and he advised me that I didn't need gutters everywhere I was going to add them, that they were only necessary at certain spots. So he saved me spending money I didn't need to. The roof looks great. It's a GAF Timberline architectural shingle UL rated 790 which is the best fire-rating for a roof. Very pleased, have recommended him to friends and would use him again."
