"First off let me say that they responded to my request for a quote very speedy. Second they did a Magnificent job with my home. It was cleaner than it was when I moved in. They even threw some extra services in there . I had my jets on both of my Jacuzzi tubs cleaned and sanitized. The tub looked brand new. My ceiling fan were dusted beautifully. My washing machine looked brand new and my oven was cleaned out very well. Those are the services I paid for and when I got home I found that my floors had been swept and mopped . Also they had washed the dishes that I left in the sink. On top of that they left my toilet paper folded into cute little triangle shapes . I will definitely be hiring them again. I am very pleased with the work they did."

The original crew we worked with, led by Edwin, were so hardworking, friendly, thorough, and fast. That's what really pushed us from 2 to 3 stars. However, the process getting here was frustrating and unnecessarily chaotic. Timeline & Communication Issues: Initial promise: We were clear that the renovation had to allow us to live in our home during construction and be completed before Christmas. Early communication: Our original project manager, Cris, was personable, and early communication seemed fine, if a bit informal and sometimes inappropriately personal. Major miscommunication: Near the holidays, we discovered that the plans submitted included cutting into the roof — something we explicitly said we didn’t want.
