"We used instant booking in the late evening, there was an availability for next day in the A.M. so we scheduled as we needed our microwave repaired due to no heating when operating. We received a call from Sam on the scheduled date (before time frame given) letting us know he was on another job and would be on the way afterwards providing an eta and also called again after leaving the customers home updating us with the time frame of being on the way. He came out diagnosed the problem, made us aware of the problem (control panel), provided the total price (no hidden fee's) after checking to see if the material was available. Scheduled to come out on a Monday (since it was the weekend), we paid the material fee and labor would be paid on Monday. He followed through and once again kept us updated on his status. This is really important when it comes to professionals that are about their business, This company IS exactly that...due to him taking the initiative to keep us updated built trust in knowing they had integrity and will follow through with getting the job done without any concerns of thinking they will run off with our money, not call, the many thoughts some customers have.
