They installed a bathroom with a grinder pump for the sewage, built a closet for the pump, HVAC, and hot water heater which also created storage space for us. built a kitchenette, added bead board to existing walls, installed a ship lap ceiling, and replaced two exterior doors. The finishing details were more than we asked them to do, so it was a pleasant surprise when we came home to a staged basement. He showed up with tape measure, pad with business name on it and ready to give me a bid. I had others who came to the door while talking on the phone, no measure tape to know the dimensions, and sloppy dressed. He is ready and willing to work. The owner sent us drawings and electronic 3-D models so we were all agreed on the design before work started. The end result was amazing. We have a 1924 house and the bookcases, which are painted, blend in seamlessly. The wall of closets gives us lots of extra storage and looks spectacular.
