He sent me a quote that evening and had a crew on-site a day later. The scope of work included structural improvements and a staircase for the deck. He connected me with a designer & engineer and got it all permitted with the county in record time. A few weeks later the work was completed within time estimate and on budget. "Mr. Clay was very professional.  He was very responsive to my questions and scheduled the work quickly.  He arrived on time and walked around with me to make sure we were both clear on what he was to wash.  He explained the process and how long it would take to complete the work.  He finished on-time and when he was finished, walked around with me to show me that everything I had requested had been addressed.  He even took care of a few extra things, like washing my porch furniture, that I had not requested and did not charge extra for doing it.  After he was finished, the house, fence, driveway and sidewalks looked like brand new.  I will definitely use Clay's Pressure Washing again.

"Jose and his assistant did a fantastic job and met all of our expectations and more. He was professional, honest, transparent, and his price for ALL the work we had done was VERY REASONABLE. Our house looks brand new and totally refreshed.
