"I had a couple of exterior pipes that were leaking, one of them into the wall, so I was in a hurry to have them fixed. They arrived for the job slightly late, checked it, gave me a quote up front, and I told them to do it. They did the job well (I hope). My concern is that the cost was excessive: $491 for a job that took two hours, that's about $250 per hour. I also asked them about another issue: replacing a faucet in the bathroom, and the quote was about $400 more, so I told them not to do this other job. I was really surprised by the pricing."

"Company responded quickly to inquiry and was on-site within 24hrs. Received high water bill 5x -6x the normal usage with no visible signs of a leak. Concealed leak was found behind exterior wall. Repaired quickly same day. An additional leak was also found on the city’s curbside of the meter due to recent change out to digital meter that was not installed correctly as valve and washers where not replaced. The real customer service was received by owner Danny who provided additional information being requested by insurance company as a claim was filed due to the water damaged caused by the concealed leak at slab/foundation level."

"After preparing wall for access and finding the leak for the plumber, I was a little disappointed that the whole manifold needed to be replaced according to the plumber.. He called  in a supervisor for consultation and he agreed because of an alignment problem with the leg that was leaking. Was given a quote for a manifold rebuild and complete re-pipe. I went with the rebuild.
The plumber did a good job of squaring things up and at this time I feel confident that I should be leak free for long time.

"I highly recommend Patriot Pump and Well Repair to all in need of their services. Our water pump stopped working at 1pm on a Sunday. And we got on the phone and started calling numbers left and right.
