He came over, inspected our roof and got us an estimate w/ in a hour or so. He said he could schedule us in a week or two. He arrived as promised, with his father- also Ben- and they had the damage repaired in one day. They both came back the next day to clean and seal our whole roof. They did a great job with the repair and the roof looks great after they applied the sealant. They are very professional, personable, and hard working. Sameer Asmar and Joe Aponte were so professional, friendly and helpful, and they worked with us and persevered through quite a few challenges during the project, making accommodations wherever possible. The crews worked hard and fast. There was a lot more wood replacement needed than anyone imagined before the old roof was removed. One day an unexpected, fast-moving heavy rainstorm came through as they hurried to get the tarps over the exposed rafters. In addition, after roofing the main house, the work on the garage had to be delayed for a few months due to a separate construction permit issue on the garage structure itself (not related to the roof). But through all of the challenges, they continued to work with us until everything was complete and looking fantastic. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up at the end of each phase, and they reinstalled the gutters properly. I highly recommend Rainier Roofing."
