"We live in Eden, Ga, near Savannah. We just had our roof done by Ragsdale Roofing September 3, 4, 2021. Over the last few months, I had 14 companies come and inspect. Only 7 gave estimates. The only one that mentioned I may have issues with my rafters was Beau Ragsdale of Ragsdale Roofing and Innovations. He was patient, he listened to and addressed all of my concerns. Our roof was only 6 years old but the last company did a crap job so there was more damage and damage from wind than we knew. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house.
