"Julio was a true joy go work with. He’s a man with honesty, integrity and true professionalism. He started work when he said he would and stayed until the work was finished. I’m thoroughly satisfied and impressed with the finished work. The quote offered was reasonable and he fulfilled every detail we agreed on. "My patio is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. It adorns my backyard and flowers and gives the illusion of an old style Italian garden. The stamp concrete was the perfect choice. The team was patient, calm , confident and convinced me of their skill set. I am extremely pleased and look forward to calling them back to do my deck if they will have me.Their project lead has an eye for color, shape and style as is reflected in the curvature of the walkways. Feel free to ask for their opinion if you are unsure of your wanted results. I recommend them over and over I donâ t believe any job is too small or too large for this team! Great Job. Extremely pleased and proud to recommend this team for any and all projects as the quality and craftsmanship is beyond superb. The attention to detail is impressive to say the least and all questions are answered immediately with much clarity. Please give this business the opportunity to please youâ ¦I am glad I did."

"I can’t recommend 9Hammers highly enough. After I requested a quote through Angi, Tony contacted us right away and spent nearly two hours reviewing every aspect of our deck project. He was honest, transparent, and focused on what we truly needed—not on upselling unnecessary work. It was the most trustworthy experience I’ve had with a contractor. The crew completed the project quickly, and the craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. Once the old deck boards were removed, they found major issues with the original construction. Ray, the owner, personally called to explain what needed to be done to bring everything up to code and ensure it would last for years. We appreciated the clear communication every step of the way. The finished deck is outstanding, and both Tony and Ray followed up afterward to make sure we were completely satisfied. Their professionalism, honesty, attention to detail, and quality of work were exceptional. We were so impressed that we’re already planning to use"

"We had our tub taking out and replaced with a beautiful standing shower with a bench and new fixtures. They also replaced the bathroom floor and painted our bathroom wall. We want to thank Bill Chapman , Isaac and his crew for an outstanding job .We are very happy with the results. We plan on using C&C for future projects. We would definitely recommend C&C Building and Remodeling"

"Kevin McCray and his team did a drive through the neighborhood and knocked on my door to ask if I wanted my trees trimmed. I have received several quotes in the past from professional arborist companies which were very high so we could not complete the work even though it was in serious need of being done. McCray's quote was very fair, and while it didn't cover the full extent of work our past quotes had, it covered the main areas of concern for me so I decided to move forward.
if you are looking for a place that will provide full written contract and such, this is probably not the service for you. However, if you are budget conscious and just want a job well done, then they are great. Very professional and courteous team, did work safely with no damage to our house or yard and cleaned up after themselves so you can't tell they were even here. Walked through the scope of work before and after to ensure we were on the same page about what was to be done and for what price. And no money exchanged hands until I was walked through and happy with the result.

I can't speak to their other landscaping work as I didn't have any done, but they do offer other landscaping services as well."

"Utimate Concrete did a Stamped Concrete Patio/Fire Pit for us just about a month ago and I cannot say enough great things about our experience with the company. Amazing design, communication, helping to prepare the application for the HOA, and we could not be happier with the finished product.  I would highly recommend!!!"

"Where shall I start. ACH did an amazing job on my project. The workmanship is beyond what I imagined. The guys were professional, respectful and knowledgeable about the job. I'm very satisfied with the work. I highly recommend ACH to anyone looking to do stamped concrete, railing, outdoor kitchen or sitting Wall."

"Richard and his team did a great job. Richard came out promptly for a free estimate and offered options for repairing and replacing our driveway. We chose to pave over our old cement driveway with asphalt, a one-day job. Richard worked with the team all day, and they finished the job by late afternoon. They prepped the area, applied the asphalt, beveled edges and smoothed transitions to existing walkway, steps, and cement apron by the road. The driveway is smooth, neat, and looks great! Richard was very responsive and pleasant to work with. We recommend him and his company to others.

"After getting estimates from several builders and deck specialists, RJ Fisher Construction Company won the bid and our business. With this project, Rick took on his first deck in Stafford County. Rick was upfront, competitively priced, always accessible, and 100% honest throughout the entire process. Rick provided everything we needed to submit to our H.O.A. and facilitated all permits and inspections. The extra touches that Rick puts into his finished product like the additional routed trim boards and painted support post are just two things that make our R.J. Fisher deck stand out from t"

Our front steps were unevenly spaced with an almost 10" drop to the first step.  Mr. Langhorne explained how they would bring the steps into code and keep them from separating from the porch again.  His sons arrived on time and completed the job in one day as promised.  Something that was not planned for, but turned out to be unavoidable was the fact that the railing needed to be removed, as the angle was now wrong.  Not to worry a call was made to a guy who could assist with the iron work to replace the hand rail.

Caution tape was posted around the steps so no one would walk in wet concrete.  They not only cleaned up our yard but also replaced the grass divots removed before the steps were poured.  We are very satisfied with the work and will definitely use Langhorne Concrete services in the future.
