"The install was great! The owner came by and followed up with me during the install. However, it's been just over a year and the door does not fit because the bigger heavier posts that they said would support the weight of the door twisted and many other posts have twisted and separated. Slats of the fence are starting to separate as well. So all in all, the install was great but the guarantee of their work is unacceptable."

Hard to beat his price though, the fence looks great and works well. "Bini was very responsive to the request for visiting the property and providing a quote for the required work.  He also provided quotes for future work so that I may budge/plan.  After agreeing on the design, price and signing the contract, Bini stated that the new gate would ready for installation in one week.  The gate was ready for installation as promised and we scheduled all the work to be done on Saturday.  He also painted the new gate to exactly match the french door by using the manufacturer's paint.     <br /> Note:  Make sure to check all installation and repairs prior to Bini Ironwork employees leaving the job site since I called them back on-site three times to make corrections/repairs..  After installtion, chaning the locks, and repairing the railing, Bini Ironwork employees started packing up all their equipment as it appeared they were finished.  I discovered one lock was not "keyed" to match the others and I was told by one employee (not Bini) that I was to receive different keys for each lock - not according to the contract - Bini arrived and quickly corrected this.  After changing the front gate dead-bolt lock which was now in a slightly different position, the gate no longer was able to lock. I called them back to correct this since they had packed up their tools. They knotched a new hole in the old exterior wood around the security gate for the dead-bolt.  Knowly the thin strip of wood around the dead-bolt could easily be ripped apart, I called them back again (since they had packed up their tools) to include a metal strike plate.    Bini was very responsive to each request and provided instructions to his employees.  He came back the following Thursday to add additional cement for securing the front railing and to make repairs needed to allow the installed basement gate deadbolt to lock. <br /> Considering Bini's responsiveness to my requests, I would hire him again for additional iron work. <br />"

"Both Gate Logics' representatives on the phone as well as the repair people on site were very professional, courteous and helpful.They were quick to return my calls when voicemails were left and quick to get repair people on site to assess the issue multiple times. The only disapointment I would express is that this particular issue had reoccured multiple times since the gate was automated about two years ago. While hopefully the the issue has been rectified once and for all, it did cost me each time they came on sight to readjust the mechanism. Having said that, I would recommend and use there services again. <br />"
