"DMV Kitchen and Bath RECOMMENDATION 2023 March In December 2022-January 2023, DMV Kitchen and Bath completely gutted and rebuilt 2 bathrooms for me (foundation, pipes, electric – everything). In addition, they restored several 110 year-old door transoms, installed new doors (5 panel solid wood) throughout the house, upgraded some woodwork, installed two pocket doors, and painted a few rooms. We used high quality materials throughout, not builder-grade. This is the third time I’ve asked DMV Kitchen and Bath to do a major renovation in one of my properties over the last 10 years. Once the work started, I was completely impressed by the quality and professionalism of his workers (Remi is AWESOME!) and by Ryan responsiveness and flexibility. I loved these guys and would definitely hire them again. Removed: Master bath subfloor, shower pan, tile flooring, tile on walls, shower fixtures, sink fixtures, and old vanity top on sinks. Replaced with new subfloor, custom shower (no plastic shower pan), tile on shower walls, recessed niche, shower door, shower seat, shower fixtures, sink fixtures, and sink vanity top. He also stopped by the house to check on the work. Ismar, the head employee of the job, was very good. He put down tarps to cover the floors and put plastic about the furniture and cabinet in bathroom. He also put up plastic between the bathroom and the bedroom to minimize the dust. The workers were very professional. The tile work in the shower was great. They also had to hang some drywall to fix a closet and paint it. It looks like that was always how the closet was. The shower come out beautiful. I would highly recommend the company and would differently use them again."
