"I wanted to shout out Adam from Fast Drains Plumbing. We had frozen pipes in the last big freeze, and Adam made time to check on them on a Sunday. After a thorough check of everything inside, and double check at the water meter, he determined we probably had an issue between the meter and the house. He brainstormed ways to insulate what we thought might be the problem areas. After following his advice, and having the temps warm up, water came back on two days later with no issues. Here's the thing--Adam came over three times to check on us, texted and talked to us I don't know how many times, and refused to take any kind of payment. He just cheered with us that the water was back and we didn't have lingering issues. We're huge Adam fans now. So if you're looking for a reputable plumber, Adam is your guy."

We did the work in 2 stages from the street to the house then a month later all ins plumbing replaced with copper pipe. First thing noticed was how much more water pressure which was welcome. Both parts done in one day flat. The inside crew vacuumed and washed the floor when done. No dust or foot prints left behind. In today’s world you just don’t see quality work like this. "BUYER BEWARE! Had a pipe leak within my wall. Caught it fairly early with minimum damage. The Roto Rooter rep Brian came out and inspected and said I needed water mitigation based off the moisture in my walls. When I say the leak wasn't that bad, it really wasn't! He stated that my insurance company would cover it all and that he deals with my particular company all the time and not to worry. I obviously was taken back by the cost of almost 4k! Fast forward, my insurance company are questioning duplicate charges and Roto-Rooter is saying I owe almost 3k or a lien will be placed on my property! This whole water mitigation is a scam and the salesman did not tell the truth. They should have picked up their fans a lot earlier than they did. I'm sure they were trying to milk all the money they could. Over 5k for a bunch of fans in my home. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE! Contacting my lawyer and will have my day in court if necessary. BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS IF YOU ASK ME!"
