"The original install was in 2019. We bought the house in 2022. After multiple leaks and almost a dozen "professionals" out to inspect, no one could figure out why my ceiling was leaking. So, we decided to try to find who did the original roof and call them on a warranty. After the roof was installed, the owner did a bunch of additions which ended up creating a lift in the flashing and shingles the gutters were just dumping water into the crease. Within 5 minutes of inspection, Cody figured it out right away. Not only did he fix it the very next day, but he stood by his business and didn't even charge us for the repair, and is coming back to do a moss treatment next week! This man has integrity and I will most definitely hire him again!"

"<p>I discovered that I had some extensive dry rot in my roof.  I was frantic. I needed to get the roof replaced fast.  I called about 8 contractors and left messages for them to call me back so that I could get a bid for repair and replacing my roof.  Only three  bothered to call me back and all 3 gave me a bid.  Two of the bidders said that they couldn't get on my roof until November or December.  I had never used Angie's List before but decided to check it out.  I looked through the listings for roofing contractors and read the reviews.  I decided to call Roof Tech Specialties even though they were located about 60 miles away.  I got ahold of Jamie Stepp.  He told me that he would come by at 1:00 the next day to give me a bid.  The next day at 12:30 he was considerate enough to  call  me to let me know that he would be about 45 minutes later than 1:00.  When he got there, he did a thorough inspection of my house and gave me a bid that was acceptable to me an my wife.  I asked him how soon they could get started.  He told me in two weeks.  I was elated.  A couple days later Jamie called me and asked if they could get started on  the next day.   WOW!!   The crew arrived on schedule and went right to work.  The job took 3 days and these were the hottest days of this Summer.  I supplied the crew with Ice water that was much needed.  I will have to say that all of the crew we really great.  Jamie over saw the work and worked along with the crew.  I am very pleased with the job that they did.  They cleaned up after themselves and there was not a trace of the old roofing left any where around my property.  I have a two and a half car garage that also needs a new roof and Jamie and his men are going to replace that roof soon.  I will certainly be recommending  Roof Tech Specialties to anyone else that I know that is needing a new roof.</p> <p>Alan Leach</p> <p>Bay City, OR <strong> </strong><br /> <br /></p> <br />"

"Jamie and his crew did a great job. He was very forward about any issues that came up with the roof replacement, and it was a three day job just about. My only issue was that not all nails were cleaned up after, as we found extra around, so be aware to check afterwards just in case if you have dogs or small children running around."

"Jason was responsive, punctual, and honest. When his crews arrived, they got right to work and worked hard until the job was done. The roof looks great and I am confident that my leaks are gone. The guys made sure to close the gates as they worked so my dogs would not escape and they thoroughly cleaned up when they were done. Great experience--- I believe that Jason and his crew recognize that customers pay their bills and that personal referrals are like gold. I feel like they went out of their way to make sure that I had a great experience; however I suspect that my experience is the Orezona standard. Give Jason a call, you won't regret it."
