He was able to identify the source of the problem (which was not straightforward), cleaned and fixed a broken exterior underground drain (with Nu Drain). Adelmo had to go to a plumbing supply shop for some parts but returned and quickly repaired the toilet. He constantly kept me informed on when he would arrive and return.
