They did a thorough review of our electrical and gas configuration on the initial sales call, which none of the other companies did. We were provided a detailed, line item quote. Tasha did an outstanding job in keeping us informed every step of the way. Robb did a thorough walkthrough and was a no-pressure sales rep, James and Zack did an outstanding job on the installation. "Their office originally quoted $1298.00 to install 6 new outlets and repair a non-functional ceiling light. As it turned out, I only needed 4 outlets and replacement of the ceiling light for a final price of $1327.28. The technician, Chase, was fantastic. He was here at 9:00 am on the dot and got right to work. As stated above, he determined that I only needed 4 outlets to accomplish what I wanted and replacement of the ceiling light. He was very patient and thorough with this work. He also answered all of my questions (which I had a lot of since that's how I learn to do things). He was happy to explain anything I asked and completed all of the work is a very satisfactory way. The sole reason I rated them as only 3 stars is because their office nor Angi's site told me up front that they do not repair the holes in the walls that were necessary to complete the installation of the new outlets. Chase was apologetic when he explained that to me and said they could recommend a company that will do that work. I assured him that he didn't need to apologize since that is a company decision rather than his. I would suggest to the company that they enter into a partnership with someone to complete the repair of the wall holes and that be included in their price, rather than placing that burden on their customer (especially when their customer may be a senior citizen). If that would have been included, I would have rated them 1000+. Unfortunately, that is the only factor that will prevent me from using them again."

"Johnnie and Kyle were lifesavers, literally! Our heater kept tripping the breaker and when my husband flipped the switch back on, sparks flew. Our home is new to us, but was built in the 70s, we were unaware of how bad the electrical wiring was, the Inspector, for some reason, didn't catch it when we bought the house. There was an older breaker box inside my husband's closet also, the wiring inside was a jumbled mess and had several burned areas. We were extremely lucky our house hadn't already burned down. Johnnie and Kyle worked way late into the night having to basically rewire everything. They took extra care in making sure our house was safe for us. We also had concerns over the cost, this was not the best time financially for us, but we were pleasantly surprised with what they charged us. Both men were extremely polite, friendly and considerate of our needs. We will be calling Jade Electrical for all of our electrical needs from now on and referring them to everyone we know."
