"He did a great job. Finished quickly. Was very courteous and explained the smoke alarms need replacing every 10 years. Ours were 20 years old. We had problems them chirping all night at times. Will definitely use him again if and when we have smoke alarm problems again. "

"Communication was a little difficult in the beginning of our process BUT things turned around quickly and in the end I?m a pleased customer of ADT. Part of the issue is that I have terrible cell phone signal at my house. After a few back and forth disconnects and redials, we made it work. The tech made sure that I?m setup with a strong satellite signal from my control box panel to their monitoring center. "
