The first contact was a call from his wife to schedule an appointment. She was extremely friendly and efficient. When Tim found he was running late for the appointment, he called before he was late. He gave a reasonable quote, scheduled the work and showed up on time. Everything was done as promised. He didn't leave a mess. He even took pictures during the job to show us things that were too high for us to see. I ordered the replacement screen door and it has not arrived yet, but I am confident Tim will do the same great job when the door arrives."

"I can't say enough positive words about David and his crew. We needed an exterior door replaced in our 100 year old home. David came out to measure the door opening to make sure we got the correct size for the space. He handled all the ordering so it was completely hands off for me. When installing the door it turned out to be quite the difficult job. The previous door was installed very poorly and they had to basically rebuild the entire opening. The job was completed even better than I expected. The finish work is supurb. We have already noticed a temperature difference in the room next to the door as well!
