"The contractor sent to my house was NOT a licensed electrician. I was told a free quote was 39.99, that turned to 59.99 when I got the estimate and it was waaaaaay over priced and then wanted me to pay a fee to get a warranty for their work! I would have expected a warranty on his work should have been given to me! I needed the job done right away, he was pleasant and courteous but never again with this company."

"Technician came and for replacing stove cord and replacing just the outlet he charged $675. Unfortunately I didn't realize that this was overcharged. I learned after service that this should not cost more than $250-$300.Technician also didn't give me a receipt, I have been calling to speak with a manager and am told that manager will call me but they never did. What a rip off. This is last time I will hire them for sure. Be very careful if you hire them, definitely should get few quotes or look up how much it cost otherwise they will charge whatever. "

"Antonio was great. I had 2 ceiling fans installed on a 15 foot high pitched ceiling. The fans I purchased were meant for a ceiling with a much smaller pitch so they were not able hang straight as is. I thought I would have to wait and buy some additional hardware to complete the job but Antonio clearly communicated with me to show me why they wouldn’t work and talked me through a few ideas he wanted to try to make it work. It took a bit more time but in the end he was able to make some cuts and holes to the fans and they worked out great in the end. He saved me some time and money so I was happy to leave him with a tip. "

"I recently needed some electrical work done on my home - several of the receptacles had stopped working. I wanted a licensed, insured company, so I contacted several of the electric contractors who were listed on NextDoor, I chose BBA Electric to do the work. "Do not use this company. They will rip you off. The contract was for eight 300W LED 40 ft pole lights, but I caught them redhanded installing 240W. Who does that? Then, they broke my lock and broke into my sprinkler room which I saw on my video which they admitted. Then, Kolb sued me for not paying the bill which I disputed due to lost tools as result of the break-in. Who does that breaking into a customer's sprinkler room and not informing that they did. I had to catch them on my video. Not only that it took over one year to the work proposed work. TOTAL FRAUD. I will be going to court...."

"Kevin Williams was sent to repair problems created by another electrician hired by Kitchen Saver during an expansive kitchen re-face and cabinet installation. Among other things, he re-located an unsightly transformer that had been previously secured to the inside of the first shelf of a main kitchen cabinet to a lower cabinet out of sight. Voila! Then, he re-routed unsightly wiring previously clamped to the far corner of a glass display cabinet so that it was out of sight. These were difficult puzzles to solve, as the new cabinets had already been installed and there was no longer easy access. Kevin was friendly, professional, and experienced! Great job!"
