I called him in response to a leak coming from the ceiling in my living room -  he responded very quickly. Advised I turn off the water -was not sure which was the main water handle. I took a pic and sent it to him and he advised which one it was. Told me he wasn't sure if he could get by today. But then called me a bit later to advise he would be by that day. He was there for a bit trying to figure exactly where the leak was coming from. Cut a square area to access the pipe then replaced the section where the leak was.

The faucets was ripped out of the side of the house by family pet, 250 lbs. English Mastiff. Faucets were replaced and re-enforced and secured to ensure the problem will not happen again."
