"Quoted me about $149.00 for the service call. The guy came and diagnosed the problem as blocked drainage line from the condensation pan. He told me he would put some compressed air through it to see if that cleared the blockage. He quoted me a price to install a pump to prevent the issue in the future, and I said I'd think about it. He then told me I owed him $290.00 (in addition to the $149.00 service call fee) for clearing the blockage. All he did was put some compressed air through the line. He was only in my basement for 10 minutes. Since I had not agreed to that in advance I refused to pay anything other than the $149.00 fee. Never again."
