I hired them to remove stone veneer around my foundation that was falling off due to poor workmanship from a prior contractor and then install new stone, as well as install bluestone on my front stoop. They were extremely professional and meticulous in completing the work. Their daily positive attitudes, attention to detail and cleanliness made them a pleasure to have around our home. They were always punctual, respectful and friendly, which goes a long way in enhancing the experience. Alex was adamant about providing the best service possible, and was never once rude or off-putting when I had questions. I can not say enough good things about him or his team. "I called Luis and 2 other contactor's for a small but essential sheetrock job inside our home and demolish and installation of new stairs outside. Well let me tell you Luis came to my house shortly after I called him and he gave me an estimate right away. A few days later I spoke with him and ask him if he could come and perform the sheetrock job next Thursday or Friday because timing was critical. He assured me that he could accommodate me with no worries. Well, Thursday came and he patched up my ceiling wonderfully. He did a very nice job on the sheetrock ceiling ($700). The next day he set up a 3 man crew to demolish my stairs and create a masterpiece new steps. He told us you will be able to walk up these steps with your eyes closed. He adjusted for the drainage and used part of the old stairs as a retaining wall. When the new steps were finished they were stunning and my wife loves them (1,800). We will definitely use Luis and his crew again for our future projects. He is very good."

"Hired Design and Build to install some belgian blocks as an edging for my driveway, specifically to help direct water run off, and eliminate a problem I was having. The two young men arrived on time, and did an excellent job figuring out what would be the best way to solve the problem. They carefully cut the edge of the driveway, dug out a trench, placed mortar, installed the blocks, and cemented in place. They also addressed other possible issues contributing to run off. They took their time and did a beautiful job aesthetically, and cleaned up everything in a very meticulous manner. I have not been having problems with run off since, and am very pleased with the work done. I would also mention that the workers were very well mannered and hard working, and the price was very fair."
