"Top Notch has made our yard look better than it has in years. Joseph has great attention to detail and does excellent work."

"In a wordâ ¦Outstanding! Liz and the team were a cut above. We needed landscaping for a new home and required everything. Working on a budget, they came up with a beautiful design solution and they clearly delivered with the final product. Whatâ s more, they delivered on time and in budget and we couldnâ t be any happier. Most notable is that there had been a miscommunication on a part of the project and I expected the typical contractor pushback. Instead, I was contacted within 30 minutes of my call and they committed to take care of the situation without the typical pointing of fingers attempting to hold the customer accountable. Having build five new homes previously, I have dealt with my share of landscapers. This is clearly the most competent and capable company I have ever dealt with. Worthy of more than five stars if I could."

"I hired Quality Lawn Care late last year to remove the remnants of a root system, grade and level out my lawn away from the house, and reseed. Everyone was friendly enough when outperforming the work, but the yard did not look level. When I asked about it, they said it would settle and level out and if there were any issues to give them a call. After everything started to grow in and I cut the grass I found several areas where roots were exposed in addition to an overall unlevel lawn - let alone the grading being non-existent. I took it as the downside of having a large tree removed and reached back out to them to get a quote on having everything gone over again in addition to other work - fully expecting to pay for the service. They were quick to respond and come out to get a quote. Larry was very friendly and got everything down for additional work while stating the original work would be covered and done free of charge. That was a great relief to hear ... except that was the last I heard. I have called the numbers I had previously several times across three weeks and left messages with no response. I left 1 star for work quality and value since they performed some work. I left a half star for customer service since they were friendly when dealing with them, but there was ZERO follow-up and have now been ghosted. Shameful way to reconcile an issue by offering to guarantee work and then disappear. -UPDATE: I was contacted by Quality Lawn Care to schedule the work as the rain continuously delayed schedules and they had to wait on the dirt to finish the landscaping. After a few weeks, we were able to get someone out and they completed the grading with fill dirt. I will have to rake the spots in the lawn that were filled as it contains a lot of rocks and asphalt chunks that I do not want to hit with my mower. I watered everything multiple times a day per their instruction, but grass is not growing in the spots that were fixed - likely due to the dirt condition. That said, I have revised my ratings accordingly."

"When we called Smoky Top Contractors we were treated with respect with an ambitious and "we will do it all" attitude. When we met with with them in person we knew that they were the company that we wanted to do our major landscape, hardscape, and driveway pavers... and their bid for the job solidified our decision. From the landscape architect, the renderings, the blueprints, the immediate communication all the way to that last minute of work was a positive experience for such an extensive project. Mike and his sons and other workers worked hard from the moment they arrived until they left and their final product was second to none. We have another major project to do in the near future, and we undoubtedly know that Smoky Top Contractors will be our only phone call."

"We needed some landscaping clean up on the front of our home. I work in construction management and work with all the trades. We truly appreciated Jorge’s kindness and work ethic. I’m happy to say he is taking over our lawn service permanently. He did a job that was truly above and beyond! It looks phenomenal and the grass is cut perfectly! If you’re thinking about hiring or getting a quote from anyone, reach out to this company first!"

"Tristen redid our back deck/porch. At first we thought we just needed to redo the boards on top. However, once he got the top off, we quickly realized that the railing and support beams were also rotten so he had to redo almost our whole deck. He was very communicative every step of the way and made sure we were okay with every change before he did anything. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for maintenance issues or needing a deck repair!"

"I was very satisfied with the job start to finish! I highly recommend him"

"They were very fast and did an excellent job in preparing the designated spot for my pool. They flattened a 17' x 10' area then packed it with sand. Would recommend them for future projects."

I started off in a skid steer at young age with my family owning an excavation business and became very interested at a young age. I’ve been in excavation full time since I was 15 years old working at 2 grading company’s one residential and the other commercial to better my knowledge for whatever the job throws at my crew and I.

"James Perry Construction promptly returned my call, answered questions, and was able to get the job done very quickly. Every one that we dealt with was kind and courteous and respectful. They did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. No debris, leftover concrete, paper cups or any other trash was left on the work site. Not only are our steps beautiful, James Perry Construction went the extra mile in placing our very heavy planters on the corner of the front step they built. I will definitely hire them again. I just wish we had found them before we built our home."
