"Jim, the rep for Turner Exteriors was very thorough and explained everything that was needed on the roof, after he performed the inspection, he also repaired a part where shingles blew off from the winds, until replacement could be done. Elija Turner, the owner, came by my work, and introduced himself and answered my questions. Everything was completed to our satisfaction. Warranty documents supplied, with Insurance and business license. At this point, we are pleased and would recommend them to anyone needing a roof or repairs. They were on time and worked efficiently, as my husband was home both dsys."

"Impossible to answer questions as nothing as been done yet as waiting list is 12 to 16 weeks out. The measuring for the sunroom was on time as stated during ordering, but the person measuring for the new doors didnt show up for appointment, and after waiting three weeks, I had to call Champion to find out why. Their phone system is worthless and after waiting all day for someone to return my call, I again called. The first call sent me to a mailbox that stated mailbox full and call back. I then called back and had another person answer. She was unable to connect me with anyone (manager) as they never answer her call. Then I called the salesperson who came to our home. He contacted someone and they came to measure for doors in a few days. Every person that I had direct contact with were pleasant and knowledgeable. Phone operators were also pleasant, but useless to us when they are ignored by company representatives."

The windows were exactly what I was looking for and fitting them was a breeze. "<p>The project went great.  Greg set up a day to come discuss our plans very soon after I contacted him.  He visited us one evening and spent about an hour going over what we wanted to do.  He made his notes and said he would go complete his quote and would get back to us.  Within a few days he called and went over the quote and we decided to move forward with Greg and have them do the project.  Soon after materials started arriving at our house and work began.  The project was quite extensive as we had to have the roof over our screened porch extended to cover our uncovered open deck.  Greg was very aware of the urgency to get the roof built since the back half of our house had to be re-shingled, and he wanted to get it done before any rain came.  The roof got done and work began to enclose our sunroom and build the screened porch.  Materials continue to be delivered as they were needed and the project continued until completion.  Greg was always available to answer any questions we had and to offer suggestions that only enhanced our project.  He and all his crew were always professional and did an outstanding job.  I would highly recommend him and will definitely use him again in the future.  Job well done, our sunroom and screened porch turned out great!</p> <br />"

"It's a year after my kitchen was finished and I would do everything exactly the same. Jim Hearn does excellent work, thorough, attention to details. He delivered a brand new kitchen on schedule even while dealing with weather issues and additional scope due to unknown issues when the deconstruction was performed. I liked all the subcontractors Jim brought in to do the work. And the retailers that he recommended for building cabinets, granite design, and flooring were all great. The price was higher than I wanted but all within the budget Jim told me it would take to do the job right. I have no regrets and love my new kitchen. I highly recommend Jim Hearn construction and plan on using him again for a bathroom remodel."
