We also offer drainage and root barriers to help prevent foundation damage. Schedule a free, no-obligation assessment now. Your home’s structural integrity depends on the strength of your foundation. It supports everything else – walls, windows, floors, doorways, roof – so when your foundation is damaged, it can cause serious problems throughout your home. Like most things in life, your foundation is subject to environmental stress. Expanding and contracting soil, excessive moisture and inadequate drainage are some of the most common threats to your home’s foundation. Over time, environmental stressors can cause a foundation to shift, crack or settle unevenly. And homeowners often miss early warning signs of foundation damage. Homeowners spend about $4 billion annually stabilizing faulty foundations, and those costs may increase as more homes are built in areas known for shifting soil. Understanding risk factors and signs of foundation problems can help you protect your most valuable asset from irreversible damage.

We are a small company based in Hot Springs, AR. We have over 8 years experience doing all types of remodeling and new construction jobs. Since we are small and have a low overhead, we can afford to bid jobs at quite a bit lower than the competition. We take our job very seriously and we will not leave a job until it is done the way we would do it in our own home. However, we can get the job done very fast. We work very hard to make sure each and every customer is 100% satisfied, and most of our business comes from repeat customers, and word-of-mouth.

Number of employees varies according to the size of the job since this is a building/ remodeling business, billing will consist of a pre job bid, and if accepted payment will be due when job is complete. We do not offer financing.. Sub contracting is rare but in some cases necessary and will be the decision of the customer.

Three-tab shingles provide 15 to 30 years of service, with actual performance depending on installation quality, local weather patterns, and maintenance practices. Homes in regions with extreme temperature fluctuations or frequent storms may experience shorter lifespans, often closer to 15 to 20 years. Regular maintenance and prompt repairs can help maximize your roof's functional lifespan.
The cost difference stems primarily from material composition and manufacturing complexity. Three-tab shingles feature a single-layer design requiring less raw material than the multi-dimensional construction of architectural products. While this makes them more affordable initially, they offer less wind resistance and shorter warranty periods than their architectural counterparts.
Warning signals include curled or buckled shingles, bare spots where granules have disappeared, missing shingles, visible cracks, and granule accumulation in gutters. Inside your home, water stains on ceilings, light penetration through roof boards, or sagging sections indicate serious problems. Industry professionals recommend evaluation for replacement when roofs approach 20 years of age.
While technically possible in some situations, installing new shingles over existing ones is not recommended by roofing professionals. This approach adds considerable weight to your roof structure, prevents proper inspection of the underlying deck, and may create moisture issues. Many building codes limit homes to a maximum of two roofing layers, requiring complete removal before new installation if that limit has been reached.
Your local climate significantly impacts both installation requirements and long-term performance. Regions with severe weather conditions often require additional reinforcement measures that increase installation costs. Performance-wise, three-tab shingles have lower wind resistance ratings compared to premium options, making them less suitable for hurricane-prone regions. In hot climates, specialized reflective shingles may be recommended to improve energy efficiency.
