American Plumbing wasn't able to stop the leak so he decided that he needed to rebuilt the toilet so he had to schedule another appointment to do that. He came back when I wasn't here to rebuild the toilet. The people were really, really nice. When I called, they send somebody out the next morning or even the same day if it was early. We will probably use them again."
